how to host my blog on blogger with my custom domain name

I have registered a domain name with big rock
I want to add it to my blog spot
what is the procedure.

I recommend moving away from blogger and registering your domain and hosting independantly.
You could use wordpress to easily setup your website. Most hosts provide Cpanel with one click setup of wordpress blog.
It would be a learning experience (if you are not too familiar with this stuff) and you would have more control.
