How will you improve your Blog? Could someone share with me how to add 'Reply to comment' in blogger so that I can have threads of conversations instead of all comments stacked one below another?

About the designing your blog, well there are a lot many websites which give you free templates to use. You will also find instructions on how to download and use them. Here is one such website (http://btemplates.com/)
Also on the other hand if you know a bit of HTML you can custome design your blog like I did.

@Sambit: Thanks. I have read about diqus but I hear it starts controlling comments and people have had trouble uninstalling it? I am not sure exacty what happens, but it seems to cause discontentment! Thoughts?

it shows clearly once you click to see any individual post. you can reply to any comment

Can someone help me some coding here? I am trying to have the google plus sharing on my blog, but when I select the option in blogger, it just doesn't show up. Any harakiri I can do in the code? I just can't get what's right sadly.

It depends on blog's subjects. So I like according to. But black background looks good for photography. Music sometimes disturbes mind. colors sometimes irritate eyes....
For my blog, I try to keep as much simple as possible. As people come to read something serious, so extra beauty may irritate them. You can check out my blog. Simplest ever template design everything.
But creative blogs looks good for poetry or some cool subjects. Nice thread.
Hi Mohini: I agree. I have a lot of photos in my blog so black it is! I personally don't like too much animation either on my blog. It really can distract any serious perusal of my blog. I will check out your blog rightaway!
