Google Analytics to blogger

I hope most of the bloggers uses Google analytics to track their blog statistics.  If not i strongly reccomend to use it to track your visits. Here is the tutorial

And now my question is

100 vists/day, 500 Pageviews/day, 5 minutes is avg time that every visitor spend on my blog per day.

Do you this is this a decent amount of blog traffic?
