How do you add second Blog and third blog to your profile.

nice question, i added with a new emai id, and waiting approval. but there must be another way.
I have added from dashboard, it is showig pending. When I post new topic, it says the url should be from the first blog
Hello Moda,
Wait for the second blog to be approved by the Moderators. Only once that's done, will you be able to post from that blog.
