The concept is simple. There will be a new puzzle everyday, mostly but not necessarily related to blogging. It might be a jumbled word, a quiz question, a crossword puzzle or some other thing. And each question carries a fixed number of points. The first user to answer it correctly gets those points.
Some questions can have unlimited numbers of answers. For such questions, everyone who gives an answer will be credited with points.
The one who accumulates the maximum number of points at the end of 34 days will be declared as the winner.
Prizes:
Rs 250 gift voucher for the top scorer
Text link for a period of 30 days on A light hearted talk for the top 5 scorers
A collage (or something similar) which would contain the profile images and signatures of as many Indimembers as possible will be given to the top 5 scorers

ah, I thought this was for your blog. Usually blogs have 'give aways' to ensure greater participation, a nice marketing strategy. No need if its for indiblogger. :)
I have a suggestion. Instead of cash prize you can give the winner the title of "Smartest blogger" or something like that.
Coming to the prize, ( as suggested by abhi)I will, on my behalf give a gift voucher of Rs 250 redeemable at one of these stores :

Who else is realy to sponsor a prize, even a small prize of Rs100 will do.

You can sponsor in another way too by giving free ad space (text link or image ) on your blog for a month or as long as you wish.
Thinking about a virtual gift as suggested by umesh:
The top scorers would be gifted with a collage of as many IndiBloggers as possible which includes profile pictures, signatures and messages.

I too would like to participate. And talking about free ad space, i be honoured if i can sponsor it. But i would like to make it clear that my blog is technological related and now recives 750-800 visitors daily so i can't say whether anybody wants his ads on my blog. but i would be willing to offer a 1 month 100x100 graphic ad to the winner after 100 days.
Anyone would be glad to have a free ad space on a blog with 750-800 daily visitors.
