@ Hemal good initiative dude bloggers desperately need to share links so that they increase their PR and get good traffic.
@Anwin Whatever Hemal said it is completely legal.Many bloggers in the world got good search engine listings beacuse of huge number of links they are having.

actually, I'm not really sure about the monthly visitors, I just got back to blogging after long due to various reasons and I have been active for the past 2 weeks. In these two weeks, visitors are close to 480.
sorry I gave the figure for this month earlier where I have been active only for 2 weeks.
signup for Google Analytics. Add you blog, it will give you a code that you need to insert in your header. That will help you track your visitors.
Please, dont provide other information.
I dont want people to start sharing link on the basis of PageRank and monthly visitors. If anyone's blog is considered worthwhile (Content is King here...) then they should add... and not to gain undue publicity.

Guys this is a good initiative but bear in mind that adding too many in a short time is a sureshot way to get a serious penalty from google. There's no problem in sharing the blogroll with friends, everyone does it from problogger to the newest ones. But care has to be taken that you add to blogroll only those blogs which belong to your niche, so that it doesn't seem unnatural/manipulative. It was just a matter of time this topic cropped up at indiblogger.
This is the fast forward way to increase your blog ranking in almost all types of ratings. Everyone will benefit from this initiative. Another thing is that, dont expect everyone to gain equally ex - addition of higher ranked inlink is more beneficial & lower ranked blogs will always gain more but this should not put off the higher rank ones because they too will get a raise albeit a smaller one but promotion for sure. Everyone's Technorati authority will improve.
That is what I said.
