What is termed as Art, Artistic and Skill or skilled ?

I find difference in Art, Artistic and Skill or Skilled.

Art - To draw or paint with imagination, to convince unthinkable, to make laughter, to make emotional, to confuse people, to make people believe true or falls promises or events, etc.

Skill - repeated actions done in any form or subject with more perfection, such as playing an instrument, carpentry, painting an item, etc.

What are your views ? ? ?
