New blog posts not getting indexed by google

Two days back i changed my blog's theme and today i posted a fresh article on it. To my surprise, even after many hours, my post is not showing up in Google search results even after typing the exact post title. Is it because of the new theme? Do i need to do some thing more to get it indexed?
