How to get Blog rank and badge?

Hi! I am new to blogging & Indiblogger. Its going to be a month when I registered on Indiblogger. I am wondering when my blog will get Indirank.

But my blog still showing NA in Indirank column. When will I get that?

Could you also help how to put Badge using HTML tag?

To put HTML CODE ON BLOG

go to design -> add a gadget ->HTML/JAVASCRIPT->copy paste the desired code->done

of cousre then view your blog

I guess it at least takes 1 month to give the initial IndiRank. Not sure about the time frame, but surely it takes some time
