Yoga - Prevention is better than cure
Now a days Yoga is becoming more and more popular as it is even recommended by medical professionals. I learnt yoga and did Asana and Prananyama. It is really rejuvenating. Meditation along with asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercise) will definitely cure of and prevent several diseases.
Please "Shed some light on this topic" with your experiences...
Yeah, doing all these will help all you bloggers to think better, live better.
