I am in the process of upgrading my wordpress blog to a .in domain for my blog aahang.I have already hosted the website and bought the domain name ,just need someone to help me with exporting the content onto my website and also to develop the look and feel of 'my own' website !! I am ready to pay as per market rates.

Hello Rajnish, I'm preety sure that you will lose PR if you change your domain name. Perhaps you will get the traffic back but PR would be a tough job.
You can migrate anything like followers, comments, posts, 301 Redirect etc. from one blog to another, but you can't migrate PR. So please keep this in mind.
no pr value is lost. seamless redirection from wordpress.
