Remember Arjun singh..?. ya the same guy that changed the system of indian education!.
what is the first thing that u will do if u encounter him face to face?
nothing..it is the system to be blamed not a person..
if not Arjun Singh someone else in that position would do the same..dont think that he is on some personal mission..
Most times, it is not the person but the position.
I have absolutely no clue.
I will talk to him and see the justifications which he gives. Would be a fun debate. Will love to verbally take revenge for all the water guns and injustices which we had to face...
what has been done..is done. Rectification of our Indian political system or in this case EDUCATION SYSTEM is very necessery. I hope Mr Kapil Sibal has properly scrutinised the feedback of his predessecor by the students and will take corrective measures to heal the dissaster that we all have undergone through.
Hope is all what we hope for, while our politicians are busy filling in their wallets with foreign currency! 
things that happened have happened. the questions will be answered or not, but things wont change. the highlight should be to make education eaiser.
private schools are charing more money as fees and instead of that, they should teach students from across finanical backgroud.
the system itself is so baised towards people who have money and people who dnt have. this will be the rift, not who is the face of the ministry.
