Such things keep on happening. Leading national newspapers are also at the helm of this.
All that you can do, is send a message to the concerned party to remove your image refusing to which legal action could be taken. Am not a lawyer so can't elaborate much on this.
Yes, since there is no tough law against these, almost most of the leading national news channels and papers try to exploit at one point or other. But since Indiblogger is gaining more and more recognition among all over India, guess next indi meet(where ever it happens) some serious consideration shd be given to this topic. If possible as an indi team, we all shd raise voice against such activities.. It might be u or me the next time..I hope indiblogger team is reading this. Please consider this.
