Thanks addy, for the response, in the nomination phase, i read somewhere that based on the pledges derived  by the blog spot the winners would be announced, but fine I am now clear.

The vote system,is well devised but new entrant un ranked blogger gets just one point and ranked ones get double. for a single vote.

I wish to know what crime has he done to enter late in the contest.

then if a ranker  votes for his contribution then new enrant should get double.

because an experienced vote should count same weight for new or old .

for soch lo contest i used to see vote begins on 7th aug.

but many old bloggers i saw were voted prior to the starting date.

will those votes be counted which were given prior to 7th august.
