Deepakyes deepak i'm rallying with five blogs  :) on my other portals i have to delete more than 100 spam comments per week....

but nothing like getting genuine followers

Here are a few suggestions,

Before that, The App Times is Do Follow and your comments becomes quality backlinks depending on the comments you leave http://theapptimes.com

If you are using a selfHosted WP blog, then you can install a plugin called DoFollow.

As for keywords in comments, they are allowed as far as u mention your name as well.
