Why Gravatar?

Mods,you self-imposed Gods,consider this a suggestion:

Why not dump gravatar,and why not our Indiblogger host user avatars?

This will result in everybody having a nice avatar,as I could see too many Indibloggers roaming around the forums without an avatar.(including me)
