Dear Subhashini, Your blog's content is very good and impressive. I liked those photos of Kala Jamuns and Bhindi especially for their clarity! For culinary blog, in my opinion, the design and layout is best kept simple and crisp so as to drive the concentration on to the content! While the background image of flowers is ok, it causes a delay in loading your page. In my Broadband,wireless connection, it loaded after 13 seconds which is very high and viewers will move away after 5 secs. Your Banner is very nice but try to optimize the number of widgets and keep it to the minimum for improving loading time. Otherwise it is an excellent blog, which I am sure would find lot of followers.
