Does look like a good Search Engine but I think comparing it with Google is a bit of a stretch.

Ive heard that bing is a good alternative to google.. not sure how effective it is though..

I don't think that Google's bosses will be shaking in their boots. As time goes on, Google only increase it's near monopoly of search engine market.
