Indiblogger of the Month Contest

Hi, I just went to the page of contests and find out that Indiblogger also conducts contests. I was unaware of this.

But I didn't get enough information on Participating and voting of Blogs. If anyone among you have ever participated in Indiblogger of the Month contest, please give us the details on how to participate and where to get the information?
