How often do you blog?

I know that blogging isn't the same as writing...and I have a terrible itch to write almost all the time! If I blogged everything i wrote, I'd probably be posting several times in a day (which I doubt is very healthy).

So just out of curiosity...how often do you blog versus how often do you write
