On What basis Indi-Rank will be granted. I still cant understand

Im S!D. Im the Admin of Gadgetcage. My blog has Google Page rank-3 and with Alexa rank around 3 lakh.
But I doesn't have IndiRank. Is there any process to get selected for India Rank. Im the member of the Indi-Blogger from 1 year. Still cant achieve Indi-Rank.
What should I do to get ranked?

Hey Siddartha, your blog has a config issue. When you visit any blog, you get a link to the RSS feed in the address bar. That's missing when I visit your blog - which means your feeds cannot be detected, and that's why you're not getting a rank.
How can I fix it?
submit your blog to some RSS site......
like feedburner,etc......that will help.....it won't take much time......just a couple of mins and you can have a rank
