Hey guys, I am Vivek guru from India.I have a website on health and beauty. But It sometimes rank on first page and sometimes goes behind many pages..What's the reason behind that.

SEO take time for consistent ranking. Your competitor may also be working on same keyword. You should wait atleast for a month for final SEO results. You can track your keyword performane/position in google webmaster tool.

A lot depends on how many people are looking for what you are writing about... if it is something that hundreds of biggies too are writing, you are in tough territory. However, you need to perceptively use keywords and give your content that extra nudge to be unique and then wait for readers to start thinking the way you do. :)
