Hey Karthik, I think this is ok, it makes sense to have seperate threads for cities so that it's easier for people to make travel plans together! 
Before coming to thread I knew it would be Karthik, and second response was a surprise. Though it is not a big issue, but the creator of thread feels what a blunder he/she has done. There aren't thread creators left other than links etc. which are rightly snipped, but I ask why the snip and shame. Just delete the thread respectfully. Newbie who might have overlooked rules etc. must be given that chance of oversight. Repeated offenders can be snipped. Where have the discussing fraternity gone......,
