I was about to ask how come youtube links were being added and you answered the question right in the front page..

Impressive! Thanks a million for the youtube addition!!! Access on the homepage to all IB photos is cool.
I feel the visibility to indivine posts is reduced compared to the older version. Unless people click on the right arrow, only the top 3 posts are going to stay on the homepage. May be, a slide show can show all 10 posts. Also the shuffling of post categories in the older version was good. Now, lifestyle posts are likely to get more attention than the rest.
IB event experiences (even in the older version) remains static for long. Inspite of recent events and several posts of the same event, only 5 posts are shown on the homepage.
And link to dashboard is missing in the tab version.
