Write unique content/article at least once a week. Also, you may want to learn a lil' bit of SEO ( eg, the usefulness of Image alt tag and how to use the H tag.

How to use H tag,

Your article title should be H1, your first Sub-heading in the article should be h2 and all the rest heading should be h3

eg,

H1 = India

H2 = Delhi

H3 = Dwarka

H4 = Kumar Chawk

YOu can always put  a link back on your guest blog. So people know that you have a blog of your own

That will hardly get 2-3 clicks. Most readers have short attention span and hence will relate the content with the site and not always with the author unless the author is well known. Most folks who offer guest blogging usually get some amount from agencies/companies to promote something by embedding links. Its rare that you'll get an honest (and unpaid) contributor. 

I guess I need not to list down the obvious ways to do so. You can learn it from anywhere on the internet. But here's the most important point:

It's not something that you can acheive overnight... But Hard Work and Perseverance will take you there.
