What about a Mi Pad? Specs wise its pretty good and cost a bit less, more screen resolution size. Pretty sure Nvidia Tegra K1 performance is better with graphics compared to what you get with Snapdragon: http://fkrt.it/ss8DQuuuuN
Otherwise Zenpad 8.0 380kl looks pretty reasonable.
Hi The Sorcerer, Thanks for reply actually Mi Pad is not a calling tab also connectivity is a problem, I am thinking to buy a 4G calling tablet with 8 inch screen so I can easily get connected to net, send emails, read and take photos etc. I mean all in one so I don't need to carry my heavy laptop with me always just for emailing and reviewing work etc.
I am confused between Lenovo Yoga and Zenpad
On paper, Zenpad 8.0 looks good. Zenpad 8.0 is much lighter compared to the yoga 2 counterpart, more horizontal width, larger resolution screen, can take microSD cards up 128GB, complies with all WiFi bands including AC. You should note that Yoga 2 is an older unit and doesn't have a gyroscope. The usefulness of this sensor type can be found here:

You get wireless/wired 84-key keyboards. I think Logitech has one. If you need a physical keyboard at some point, you can take a look at that. I think its Logitech K480.
Thanks for detailed information, I don't know much about these things :)
