Which Advertising network do you use on your blog? And what's your blog's niche?
Just want to know which advertising network works best on certain niches 
Google Adsense, on one blog. Though nothing considerable coming in. 
The blog which has ads enabled is on Gardening. The other two are quite new blogs.

You've been disapproved? Try applying again with a new google ID, and make sure your blog meets the criteria. i.e. the age, content, and stuff like that.
Long story short ~ I started Blogging in 2011, that time I didn't know much about AdSense and it's criteria.. got dissapproved umpteenth times :P I have changed my blog's url twice since then, can't apply again unless someone who's already approved for AdSense sends me an invite.
Google Adsense. If companies want to run monthly ads, I charge separately. I am doing Youtube videos now so once I am regular and subscription base increases, I'll charge for video ads too.
I think AdSense works better if you are a YouTuber, more revenue :) Good luck 
Depends. That's why it's best to have quality content and a large number of engaging subscribers so that you can charge a premium from advertisers directly.
Affiliates are also another best way to earn, especially if the crowd is from US/UK. This is how I post them on YT videos:

Google Adsense. Which gave me a sum total earnings of 0.8$ till date after 2 years of blogging. I don't have a specific niche in blogging.
Buddy, adsense is not the only way to make money online. Try affiliate marketing.
I use Google Adsense and Media.net (Yahoo, Bing) network. Both work fine but Adsense generates higher revenue.
I blog on desktop Linux and the ad revenue covers the cost of server, premium plugins, CDN etc. I often donate the surplus income.
