Indiblogger Support : Please Help - Waiting for the Ticket to be Resolved

Hi Indiblogger support,

I changed my free domain name to a custom domain name. To put it simple, just a redirect.

I am unable to post my entries and I have already raised a ticket and also a update ticket. 2 days passed, no response.

Can you please look into it? No idea, how else to reach you?

Sometimes it may take upto a week for support tickets to be answered. In the meantime, you can continue using your old url to submit posts on IndiVine.

For example, to submit 

http://chennaifocus.in/2015/04/10/need-service-minded-volunteers-for-a-social-cause/

use the URL

http://chennaifocus.wordpress.com/2015/04/10/need-service-minded-volunteers-for-a-social-cause/
