I'm afraid there's none provided by IB. Though, you can get in touch with Rajnipedia to write you a java based software for this, ofcourse for a small charge. (He's doing that for a charge these days. Gone are the days when he used to do that for free.)

And for that she'll need Java hosting. It can be done using Javascript also but if too many people start using it, IB won't be able to handle the load.
