• Total net income of the blog on yearly basis.
• Average that.. Best price for your self would be two years value, negotiate, dont sell it below one year income !!

But then again, that is just my prospective !!

But why do you want to sell your blog? If you sell your blog, the content will be someone else's for ever (assuming that someone buys it).

Are there instances of blogs having been sold... or bought? A portal or a site which has an idea with some sort of a business model pre-conceived is understandable... but a blog with contest posts? Sounds aweful if someone wants to buy it. :)

I think people do buy content based blogs - like tutorial blogs, travel blogs containing travel guides etc.
