Help needed with WWW and Non-WWW version issue!

Hey, I have a blog hosted on blogger. I recently moved to a new domain (previously it was tech-a-brel.blogspot.com, now it's www.techabrel.com). I've set www.techabrel.com as preferred domain in Webmasters Tools. And techabrel.com redirects to the www version. Now my question is, will alexa check backlinks on both www and non-www version? And will the alexa rank of both www and non-www version be same? Please suggest me tips in this topic.
