I want to submit my another blog, but I am unable to do that.

I submitted my four blogs, one of them was approved but our three blogs were pending for last four month due to number of post. there were only nine post in my blog at the time of submission but now when my blog reached required ten post, admin didn't approved that and I waited for two months. After that I removed my blogs from here, and trying to resubmit them, but I got a massage that this blog is already exist here. Please suggest me, what should I do, I'll be grateful and oblige for your kind consideration.
