Issues with Updating the new URL of my blog

Hi, 

I've changed the URL of my existing blog in wordpress from 

coolkombo.wordpress.com 

TO

lucidityincarnate.wordpress.com

Now, I'm unable to edit the URL of the blog that I registered in Indiblogger. Is it possible to just change the URL or do I have to add a new blog altogether? ALSO: 

I tried adding a new blog with the new url, but had to delete it for some reason. Now when I'm trying to add the new blog again, it is saying that I have already added this blog, even though I had deleted it. I don't want to delete the existing old blog since that is the only blog I have and deleting it might result in deactivation of my IB account. Please advice as to what needs to be done. TIA.
