I want to change my blog address from http://www.kavineeraj.blogspot.com to http://kavineeraj.blogspot.in How I can do this please help. Thanks
But why do you want to do that? It's still on the world wide web irrespective of whether that www is there or not.
And any blog you create on blogger, i.e. blogspot.com will get a sub domain under blogspot.com. It's google or the blogger service that redirects to a country specific TLD, the region where the blog is in. And it's specific to a few countries, not all. You may search for "stop blogger redirect blog to local domain", and you'll get hundreds of results with possible solutions.
However, be advised that doing away with URL Canonicalization (as it's technically called-prefixing www before a url) has a great potential of adversly affecting your blog's SEO and gOogle Rankings, as Google, as a search engine, treats both, a canonicalized (www prefixed) and naked(without www) as two differemt URL's, so you stand a chance of losing your SEO in both cases (removing www and permanently shifting to a .in tld, though with blogger, the second one won't be possible, unless you get a domain name for your blog)

Hmmm… seems I confused it with something else. Thanks for pointing that out, Ranjith. Anyways, the negative impact on SEO on changing the domain name still holds true.
