What pisses off your fellow bloggers? :-D

Dont know what to write ?? May be I dont take things, which is suppose to piss me off seriously .. or may be people here, so far have been nice to me..

• Why people are more active in Contest Threads compare to blogging related matters (some time, I find more thna 80%)...
• Blog review section is dead, I see so many not replied thread..
• In the review section, I find quantity is what over quality.. People make a blog just for sake of making a blog..

Last but note the least, Why Rajni gets to be forum leader always and Why everyone has a better blog than mine

I agree wid this quality thing .. be it Hindi or English blogs .. (rabba no offence to anyone ) but many r just TYPERS rather than WRITERS ( I mean daily one post type).

my blog is dull  coz I see others' vibrant gadget glaring blogs (edited customized template and what not) uhh m jealous

Hunky, I'm repeating, this thread is not for reflecting on bad things you encounter here (IB specifically). I intended to aggregate all those silly behaviors/actions in general we show at times in social forums which piss off our fellow bloggers. Somehow your point No. 1 annd 3 goes by the topic though... and on a personal note, STOP CRYING because you have a great blog! [Sigh]

Bhavana, I understand that aimless typing can look silly to a writer... but, the idea of blogging was to share your daily diary online... I am not saying a journal shouldn't be anything more than this, just liberal about its lower limit criterion... I see a huge percentage of Western bloggers are doing exactly like this- publishing their daily notes in the form of photos and small paragraphs.

Anunoy .. I know tht this blogging thing started as a daily diary .. I am also a diary writer ( a collection of 6 diaries since my childhood and I am proud of this documentation of my life) .. but I htink one cnt be much honest and open whn writing on an onln forum .. I have seen a lady's blog (hindi one) .. she is a daily writer and god only knows wat she is actually writing ( so many things combined wid each other) no mention of names ( obviously u cnt do it on net) thn why  doing this tiring practice

This reminds me, once I criticized something of a fellow blogger who happened to be a female, by mentioning her blog features and keeping the name unmentioned.... By chance (or may be someone else' good deed) she dropped in that thread and bashed me relentlessly... It is such a funny memory to recall now  [ROFLMAO]

one thing which I have noticed so far is .. being sugary is good dnt be salty/spicy .. u will be marginalized .. dnt try to show the mirror to anyone .. coz mirrors are not allowed .. u may say tht I am trying to start tht age old debate again .. but apart frm my own patar patar on indi forum, I have noticed many things ( exprnc of last two years of my memebership of IB )

DVD .. yea all pics taken by my nokia e5 cam .. sadly now its damaged ( camera damaged due to exposure towards direct sunlight)  thnak u thank u .. all trees, vast green plains, mountains etc were taken during train journey ( chalti train se )

No, sunlight can damage a phone cam sensor too. But commoner cause is fall from a height, i.e. mechanical shock.

i dnt have much knowledeg abt cams etc .. a frnd of mine told me not to take pics if direct sunlight soI made this notion .. mele fon ko ka hua

Maybe, you need to play with the settings a bit. Setting contrast to a bit higher than normal, brightness to a bit lower, and bumping up the colour saturation (if you can afford to see artificial looking colours), a bit can have magical results on your photos. I used to hate my android phone's cam when I moved on from my Nokia C6 to this one. Though, I still feel it's not that capable (software-wise), I still manage to get some good quality pics, closeups to be exact.

CK I am a cam buff ( love to play wid settings frm sapia to b/w to negative print) bt now its been sometime since nothing is working wid my fon .. yea I dropped it couple of times , handled very rough due to field job .. many be poor fon has given up on me

Someone can do this - Find all personal bloggers using adsense from the IB directory. And ask them if they have earned something from adsense. 

I am talking about earnings from adsense and not through sponsored posts etc...

mine is a story/essay/poetry blog and yes I know its tough/say impossible to get evn a single penny frm adsense .. dil ko khush karne ko galib ye khyaal achha hai

I dont like to read blogs which have a black background.  It is too painful to my eyes. I dont know if this is my problem or everyone faces the issue. But then some blogs are too good not to miss them and I copy the text in a notepad to read it

yea same here .. reading a post wid hell dark background is no less than atyachar on poor eyes .. i have commented this thing many times to the concerned blog but  ppl like kala rang ( I dnt like this color)

Narasimha, read blogs with white background with ash coloured or bluish theme... they're the bestests for your eyes [wink wink]

Not exactly my POV.

IMO, use of contrasting colours for text/theme/background is the key. White on black or vice versa, I think is a good combination (given that the font size is good enough).

Yes I too have the same issue. Incidently when I started my blog had a black background but then it was painful to my eyes only. :P

I like most of the Topics posted on IndiSpire & I feel a moral responsibility to write for a Topic that I have voted for.

Many times the Topics I vote for don't get selected . But. I am fine with the majority's selection.

My rule is that if I have voted, then I have to write.

But, if I haven't voted, then depending on my time, I am free to write or not write about whichever idea gets selected.

Imagine someone opening your blog while they are in office! 

And on some blogs with music, the controls to stop the music are hidden somewhere at the bottom of the page.

Earlier, when multiple tabs are open, it used to be difficult to find the culprit page but now, it is much easier on Chrome
