Can a blogger run out of space someday in blogspot? :-/

Yes of course broda.  Everything in the world runs out of time including you and me   The blogger + G+ + Gmail give you 15 GB space after that you have to buy space from Google.  However if you upload images within some specific sizes they are not counted (dunno know this; read it somewhere)

For a photoblogger after 15GB use you can buy space from Google.

I too remember reading something like that - Even if you run of out of space, you can still upload images but their resolution will be reduced while saving.

But now, I find it different 

Number of Pictures: Up to 1 GB of total storage, shared with Picasa Web. If you've upgraded to Google+, your photos will be stored in Google+ Photos, where you have 15GB of storage space shared with Gmail and Drive.

I believe it's connected with your gmail account, as is clear from that quoted text. So, irrespective of the usage, I think all google's services consume the space associated with that particular gmail account. So, irrespective of whether your blogger account is synced with your G+ profile, you still get that space, because your blogger account is linked with the gmail account.

And 15 GB is quite a lot of space for anyone to fill up. So, don't worry about that, you're not going to fill up that space anytime soon

For us, who are self hosted, for them, storage is never an issue, rather bandwidth becomes issue.. Major issue..

Anunoy, in case if you want to increase your google drive storage to 50GB for free, you can opt for any moto smartphone, but that won't suffice as it is valid for 2 years only, which means after 2 years you will have to pay for the additional storage you are using except default value of 15GB. So, it would be better to keep posting your images via blogger untill and unless its 15GB is occupied and then later move on to self hosted domain, there won't be any matter of storage for images and as @Hunky said, bandwidth becomes major issue then.

By the way, there are free Image hosting sites also, but the problem there becomes about the CopyRight and reliability of the data stored !!! How many cloud storage, like Google Drive / Live supports direct host linking ??

Since they are free one can keep on opening accounts and use multiple accounts to host the images free, given they support hot linking..

Try not to forget Flickr, which gives you 1TB (yes 1000GB) of free storage space, that would take more than 15 years, if you upload 50 photos @ 12mp daily

This is what I always say as the biggest mistake made by any blogger. When you are uploading any posts or pictures to a server on which you don't have any control, you are actually giving all the rights of that picture and content to them only. They can even delete it without even giving you time to take backup. On one fine morning you might get a love letter from Blogger, saying that you violated blah blah things and your blog has been removed. What will you do after receiving such love letters?

This is the reason why I always suggest anyone to have self hosted blog only, there they could have the command over space, content, pictures, and all other things related with your blog. No one can in normal case touch your content.

AS dont pout Google deletes the blog only if there is serious violation of policies.  Pro wp chaps always give this justification for moving to self hosted blogs but I think its a empty threat.  Also you can download your entire blog /theme /template or just articles from blogger any time (time to raise the glasses)

Or do the Hosting Service Provider give a guarantee, in writing that they won't delete your data, even, if you violate their terms of service? Or host illegal stuff from their hosting service? If You're thinking so, please read this clause from GoDaddy's TOS, that everyone must follow:

And Ranjith, I did read it all to find out, what actually was relevant to this thread and chopped out some irrelevant stuff, from that GoDaddy User Agreement, blogger's was, however, pretty straightforward, so, didn't need any chopping. BTW, I'm good at chopping.
