How can I build Quality Backlinks?

Page Rank has many factors including backlinks.  You can get quality backlinks from commenting on Commentluv blogs.  Other than that write stuff that big tech sites backlink it to you.

1 - that would generate too many backlinks from  a single site and the quality won't be good because every page has 20-30 outgoing links. It is better to have a single backlink from the profile page ( as is the case with ib ).

3 - Google can take manual webspam action for generating paid backlinks :|

Best way to generate quality backlinks is by posting as a guest on blogs with high PR and commenting on question answer forums like warriorforums, indiblogger forums etc.

But try to write quality posts and update your blog daily to get best orgainc visitors, that are the best way to increase your traffic.

Dont go after pagerank go after website authority. Most of people go after PR and face penalty from google.

So if you want to build quality backlinks. Don't build it just accuire it by sharing relevant content, bookmarks, etc.
