Your template mentions two feeds - one for posts and other for comments.

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title=" &raquo; Comments Feed" href="http://www.bumpsnbaby.com/comments/feed/" />

So, IB crawler got confused about which one to use and didn't use any. 

Remove the following line from your template and you will get a rank in the next update.

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title=" &raquo; Comments Feed" href="http://www.bumpsnbaby.com/comments/feed/" />
