help to Recover an unpublished post on blogger.com

I was working on the blogger post on my blog in blogger.com  I hit CTRL-Z to undo a change.  The entire post disappeared and 3 seconds later the autosave feature saved the blank post.  I spent 3 or 4 hours preparing the post.  Any hope of recovering it?
