Question on Using Google Searched Images in Blogs
If I download an image from Google, open it again in mspaint, play with it around a bit such that the original image and my image are different, does that still make my image illegal?

I think it does. Until and unles you have the right to modify the image and upload that modified image on your blog. Which I assume, comes only after taking consent from the owner of the image.

god knows, but as people download written content and play with it, change tenses, pretenses and it passes as genuine self writeup.
