Paypal help

I wish to cash out my cash accumulated in a third party account and paypal seems the only acceptable way to do that. But most reviews online suggest paypal is horrible.

So i am in sort of a fix now, so i would like to know if any fellow bloggers here use paypal?

If yes, then what is your review, how much do they charge for creating a account from scratch? transaction charges? requirements to start a account? hidden charges?
