Sub category in Indivine

I write on HR matters in the corporate world.I have used the general category of 'business' from the drop down menu.In the sub category the nearest available in the drop down menu is 'ethics & responsibilities' and so I am compelled to use this.

HR or managing people in business is an important aspect by itself.I hope this sub category would be created so that readers can get faster access.
