Google Page Rank is coming
Matt Cutts Head of Search Spam at Google tweeted asking 'small websites' to give reasons to outrank others.

Over the year of blogging I have found out that SEOs and Bloggers generally dont reveal the vital information about SEO. In fact all the SEO articles expect a kind hearted few, are all khichadi posts about SEO.

ND you should have tried it earlier. There are millions wannabies who want a good GPR :D
Nalini They won't increase your blog's visibility in search results manually. They will use the feedback to see if there is any factor for ranking which they are missing when showing search results.

Vishal GPR is due any time and why would Matt Cutts and Google want details about your website outranking if not for GPR ??
its not related to Page rank... they just want to know wheather "your valuable contents are ranking good or not".

how do u know...are u PR jyotishi? fyi...i dont have backlinks anywhere which i think raises PR if im not wrong, barely a couple of them
Who told you that :D I started the blog on 16th Dec and got the PR1 in Jan at a time when I didnt know about backlinks
ND You have 100's of backlinks from IB. Check in webmaster tools
ranjith....backlinks from 1 particular domain are not counted as 100, it'll be just 1
ND 100 = 100 Check your Webmasters account

You have at least PR 1. Isn't it enough? Without the links from, IB, it would have been 0.
Your PR isn't high because it depends on both the number of pages and the PR of the pages from which you have the links. None of those IB pages on which you have links to your blog, have high PR, so naturally, too much juice doesn';t flow top your blog!

When a page A links to your page B, A is known as a backlink to B. A passes link juice to B which increases B's PR.
