It has replaced around 2 months back my dear bro..u r so late to inform us

Yup bro...2 months, but it was in beta, and the keyword tool was working too...
I think it had replaced 2 months before but old keyword tool was still working..Now the old one is no longer available..Anywayz keyword planner shall also be useful...
are they virus? keylogger??

@ ND No, you can use them to find how many people search for a particular phrse every month. And write articles on them to increase your search traffic. Go here. Select the first option on the left : 'Search for keyword and ad group ideas' some words like 'Masala Dosa', 'Mango' 
in the first text box and click 'Get Ideas'.
Yup it's like serving old wine in new bottles ;-)
why to search masala dosa when i get to eat it everyday?
many webmaster hate new keyword planner....
