What's the best free movie maker for blogger and YouTube?

I've recorded a story (a vlog?) in my own voice with cartoons on both, YouTube and my blog. My voice sounds too soft and sometimes, starts going slow, warbles or gets stuck. I don't remember what voice recording system I used and hope to start from scratch. Will appreciate any help.
