This was my first mozRank and I have just started blogging recently and dont know much about technicaL details 0f blogging.
How to get more relevant links to my blog?
But first of all, what are links and how to use them in my blog posts?

'relevant links to your blog, this means u've to acquire some backlinks from sites that are dealing with the topic that iz same or close enough to your blog's topic...
Say u have a blog on Smartphones and I have a blog on Smartphones too or mobile phone updates (or something like this)...now if I mention your blog (with its url ofcourse) in my own blog, then it'll (the mention) become a relevant back-link to your blog...
You can build these links by commenting on your niche blogs, by writing guest post for blogs that are similar to your own, by doing regular forum (like IB) posts etc...
