Colgate 'The Moral of the Story is...' contest

I have half an update... the hampers are with the packaging company now, and there is a bit of confusion with regards to it's contents. We're sorting that out now, and we should have an ETA on their dispatches tomorrow.

The vouchers will take sometime to be dispatched - my estimate is a week at the least. We're trying to speed it up, and again, I should have a clearer ETA on that tomorrow!

Colgate THE BRAND is acting like a loser ...hehehe ..anyway..we are waiting 

@Shilpi - It happens.... But I wish I get them before I fly back to NY. I want to sing, 'Mera joota hai Hindustani' wearing those Nike shoes on 7th Avenue :P

So the packaging company informed us that the hamper is very small, and that all the items inside are very small. (25 Gms of toothpaste, is what they told us!) So we shouted at the agency, the agency shouted at Colgate, Colgate shouted back, and there was a whole lot of shouting all around. At the end of it all, the packaging company says - oops, we made a mistake, they're actually quite big, and the toothpaste is 140 gms.

Anyways, the current update on the hampers is - they're being re-packaged because Blue Dart is not happy with the present packaging, and they will be sent out shortly thereafter.

I'll get back to you guys on the vouchers in an hour or two!

Blue Dart is not happy with packing or Colgate is not happy with Blue Dart....why are they giving goli? I want the nike voucher which I had won :-( Colgate is acting unfair and miser ...or lets say acting like a broke company.... sigh sigh

@ Renie So, you didn't create the thread so that I'll get a chance?  Earlier I used to open the homepage to check for new contests and then navigate to the forum. Since the time you started creating contest threads to compete with me  I started using the direct forum url.  Give me a chance for the next time.

@Pankti Why so surprised?  Renie already said that those are the contents of the hamper. 

I thought Renie was kidding.

Even I thought so for some time.  Let's sell the hamper and buy chocolates with the money we get.

I too got the courier today. But, it had only a toothpaste, tooth brush and mouth freshner.

Recieved the hamper yesterday............... Thank you Indi team and Colgate............ Waiting eagarly for the voucher...........

My IndiDispatch is showing 3 hampers. So, it was one hamper per entry and not per blogger. 

But three hampers of toothpaste sounds odd. I wish they sent some vouchers. 

Probably, I am not going to receive these hampers. Two of them were shipped to Roorkee and one to Hyderabad. ( I remember mentioning in my profile that these hampers be sent to Hyderabad ) And today is the delivery date for the ones to Roorkee. If they won't arrive today, I won't be receiving them as I am leaving for Hyd tomorrow. And the one which was sent to Hyderabad, it is showing incomplete address similar to my ambi pur samples. 

After going to Hyd, I should see if my house is still there in its original place.
