Write to KOI at their web page at customer support..they have a tab there for all customers..they will reply soon..they r quite prompt and diligent.

It wouldn't be a good idea to escalate Inditeam for this when you can easily get it done from KOI directly :)

I could easily order from my Rs.400 voucher. Ordered for Rs.65 extra, since shipping was free only for order abover Rs.460. Also received my parcel full of yummy stuff within a week, this saturday.

I am willing to pay the Rs.60.00 shipping fees but there is no option to make the payment.  Stuck between the devil and the deep sea.  Can somebody look into it.  I have sent a email to ITC guys also but still awaiting reply form them

it seems u redeemed your voucher and abstained from paying the rs. 60 as shipping charges resulting in order getting stuck.

Right?

In this case, the only option left is to contact the KOI at kitchensofindia@itc.in.

Yep AV you are right I did email them telling them I am willing to pay the shipping, but they have not answered the email 3 weeks have passed now

payment option is there.. wen u finish with your order, a page will open showing all your ordered stuff. below that watever balance amt after redeeming ur coupon remains, it ll ask u to make payment (at bottom right). jus clikk on that n it ll open a new page asking u for confirmin ur shipping address and hw u wud like to make payment (viz internet banking, visa card (debit) or credit card). after selecting the option u cn go ahead with payment. confirm. done.

Hi, I ordered goods worth 400 and wrote not required or something when it asked me for payment details. The package got delivered. So i don't know how but the 60 rupees for delivery seem to have been waived/ forgotten or whatever. The 1000 rupees voucher is another story. First it accepted the code, then went blank and for each subsequent try showed Invalid voucher code. Now that order shows as pending. I don't know what I am supposed to do now. I have emailed them multiple times plus raised a support ticket. Still have one voucher code for 400 rupees that I need to use before it expires.

I received the INR1000 voucher and the items were delivered within 4 days of palcing the order...super efficient.

Waiting for my INR400 voucher now :)

but somehow after confirmation of order it processed my data and then disqualified the voucher (Sais "this voucher is invalid")- so i had to use my 2nd voucher to check, now how do i re-activate my 1st voucher as it is actually unused :(

Thanks Poonam so it means we have to spend at least 60 each time since shipping is only free on shopping of 450 and when I use my 400 rs voucher it asks me to pay 60 as shipping fee, else i can buy another product of 50 rs and make it free, either way i pay..

Only 1 voucher can be applied at a time, in my opinion.

I tried to use 2 at a time and 1 of them was not applied. 

Applied all vouchers separately. 

Was successful with the orders.

Me too. My ticket us unanswered since the 21st!. BTW I received the pen drive from Franklin Templeton today. Hope I get the GV's soon too :)
