See, If:-

1) your blog is registered with IB

2) your blog-post has been recently written, atleast after the contest was anounced

3) you follow the contest guidelines, specially putting the link and submitting before deadline

4) your blog is active on internet

then I don't see any reason why you can't submit iot in indivine

If you asking whether you can submit the blog post to IndiVine ( general ) as well as the contest, then you can't!

Entries written for contests should be submitted through the contest page only.

now this is getting confusing.....well, i have participated in that non-digital photo contest. For that, I wrote a blog, uploaded on my blog and then submitted the link on Arti's blog as specified. Now can I upload the same from my account for IndiVine?

Oh absolutely YES...

the above said words apply for Indi-contest entries only.... for any other contests you're participating Indivine doesn't have any problem accepting their links, unless the contest rule forbids you from doing so

that photo contest is hosted on an individual's blog not by indiblogger, so obviously u can post on indivine
