Planning to start a website for Bloggers/writers.

Hey guys, 

Ever since i started blogging i faced a lot of difficulties trying to get readers to my blog and after a certain point  i stopped bloggin just because i didnt know how to get readers to visit my blog. As you all know even a slight appreciation from someone does wonders for a writer but getting readers to read your blogs is the toughtest thing for a newbie. Therefore, I thought of starting a website for writers or bloggers which can act as a platform to express themsevlves and build a audience for the bloggers by linking the blogs to their articels/posts. The website has almost been designed ..... I just want to know if anyone is interested in teaming up with me or has any suggestions/reccommendations/criticisms..... So plz reply to the thread with your suggestions.
